Last night the Scholastic Bowl team had a meet with Tremont. The A Team dominated in a 235 to 160 victory. Moving to a 5-1 record. Audrey led the night answering 7 Toss ups along with John and Jackson both answering 3. Their final match before Regionals is this Thursday against Illini Central. The B team was close with their attempts at toss ups but ended up losing. Mr. Bernhardt is glad that the team never gave up in the match. Great job Raiders!!!

The 6th Grade Social Studies classes presented their Greek Round Table Research Projects on Tuesday. Students did an excellent job. Many students created extra credit symbols and costumes to wear during their presentations. Way to go 6th Graders. You rocked this research project.

Congratulations to our 8th Grade "mathletes" who competed to memorize the most digits of pi in celebration of Pi Day! Students worked hard last week to earn a spot in Mrs. Keaschall's Pi Day Championship, which took place today. Third place was Sophia P. who memorized 52 digits while Addi C. took second place memorizing and reciting 54 digits. First place was Mallori R. with an incredible 132 digits of pi!! 🤩 We are proud of all of our Raiders who participated! It's not very common to know more than a few digits of the irrational number pi, but these kiddos made it look like a "piece of pie!"
