We are excited to offer a great opportunity to our Raider athletes in middle school and high school...a NO COST sports physical!!! If your child is entering 6th grade or 9th grade, he/she will need a complete physical from your doctor’s office. The complete physical will also serve as their sports physical. A HUGE thank you goes out to Erika Hunter, Jesse Harbourn, Kali Troxell, Mason District Hospital, Manito Medical Associates, Nurse Richardson, and Nurse Monroe for making this a possibility! Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged using the sign-up genius information on the flyer attached.
