Midwest Central’s Student Council would like to let our Raiders know how much we care! Every Friday we would like to see everyone wearing something that is either Raider colors (silver, black, or white). Anyone wearing Raider colors on Fridays will get a Raider buck. Try to wear Raider gear every Friday to get more Raider bucks!

The Cross Country team will compete at Delavan in the Sectional meet. Good luck to our Raiders!!

Students can sign up for Girls Basketball open gym outside of Coach Fisher's room. Participants need to have a current physical. A schedule will follow.

Ms. Appell’s ELA Class went outside today for brownies, books, and beautiful weather. That is how we social distanced on this awesome Friday.

Hope to see you there!

Students - When lining up in the cafeteria (while you are waiting to be served) or at the locker room door (waiting to be dismissed) please stand on the green X’s so that you can stay a safe distance from the person in front of you.

The cross country team finished the regular season on their home course yesterday. Everyone did a great job! They will compete in sectionals next Tuesday!!

Students at the Middle School have been working hard earning Raider Bucks by following the Raider Path. Here is a student who chose a teacher’s hairstyle for the day. Doesn’t Mr. Gambetti look great? Keep up the good work Middle School students!

The Mason County Health Department purchased custom Raiders masks for students and staff. THANK YOU MCHD!!!!!

Hello Raiders,
Midwest Central will again be offering a flu shot clinic this fall. For your convenience, Primary School students will have the necessary papers sent home to fill out. Middle School students can pick up the packet at the nurses office and High School students can pick up the packet at the main office counter. If you have questions, please contact our nurses at either the Primary School or High School, and they'll be happy to assist you.
Very Best,
Todd Hellrigel, Ed.D.

The Lady Raiders beat Heyworth 7-6 in a nail biter Thursday evening, advancing them to the regional championship vs. Havana.
Pitcher, Lexi Wood held her own on the mound; striking out 12 and only walking two. Aggressive base running and pitch selection at the plate allowed the team to get runners on and advance them to home to secure their seven runs. The regional championship game will be at Havana on Saturday, September 26th at 10:00 AM.

Reminder - Tomorrow is a 1/2 day for students. Dismissal times are: 11:20 MS dismissal, 11:30 HS dismissal, and 11:40 PS dismissal.

The Softball team will host Heyworth in their regional game tonight. Game time is 4:15 PM. Good luck to our Lady Raiders!
