Third grade had a very special visitor today! A MCHS graduate, Emily Terrill, and her frogs! Emily is a PhD student in the Fischer Lab at U of I. Note - These frogs are NOT poisonous. We actually learned that poison frogs become poisonous by the insects that they consume. These frogs have been raised on fruit flies and fruit flies are NOT poisonous :-)
