Mrs. Simkins 5th grade Social Studies classes are writing letters to Ruby Bridges. They watched a movie about her life and were inspired by her bravery! Ruby Bridges will turn 70 years old this year.

Each student wrote 1 positive trait about each of their classmates! At the end, students received the heart with their name and got to have the overwhelming feeling of love.❤️

Ms. Lawson's morning preschool classroom made bird feeders using pinecones, shortening, and birdseed. We hope to see birds land in the tree to eat when we are out playing outside.
The Kindness Club hosted a coffee cart for the MCPS staff today! The students enjoyed bringing a smile to the staff on this dreary Friday. 🙂
Today MCPS had some dalmations around the school...but we are missing a few teachers and some students. Has anyone seen them?

Kindergarten celebrated their 100th day of school today! They got to dress up like they were 100 years old and had lots of fun activities to do throughout the day!
