On Monday, Clayton visited Ms. Nieuwkoop's class to read a book. He read the story Do Not Open This Book! by Andy Lee. He spent his Raider tickets on a pass to come down and read. Clayton was a part of Ms. Nieuwkoop's first 1st grade class! Great job!

nother good day of running for the MS XC team. Almost every runner surpassed their best time on our home course today. Below are our runners' places and times. Their next race will be at PORTA on Saturday.
1st grade is continuing to learn about the town, and they had another guest speaker come visit. Today, Mayor Sondag came to speak to the 1st grade classes about his job. They learned about his duties as mayor, committees, the budget, and ways he has helped fixed Manito. He has been mayor for a total of 32 years. Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to come teach us about your job!!
