2021 Fall Sports Transportation Waiver
Similar to last year, we are using a waiver document if you would like to opt out of school transportation for your child to their IESA/IHSA Fall athletic event during the COVID period. Midwest Central is doing it's best to ease the minds of our parents at this time of uncertainty and the safety of our student athletes is important to us.
If your child will not be using school provided transportation both to and from an upcoming event (both IHSA and IESA), you must fill out this waiver and turn it in to the coach or the office before the first scheduled away bus time. It is the responsibility of the parent/player to deliver this document to the coach or office. Parents will also be responsible for letting the coach know that their son/daughter will not be riding the bus BEFORE the scheduled bus time and for arriving at the event by a time pre-determined by the coach. If either of these timelines are not met, your son/daughter will be subject to the team rules the coach has set for tardiness to a bus or event.
