Midwest Central 8th Grade Girls Basketball won a pair of games at West Lincoln Broadwell to win the Logan County Tournament Saturday.
In the first game MCMS beat Chester East Lincoln 40-24. Nora D lead the way with 8 points, Zoey C and Sophia H had 6 each, Kynlie H and Kallie H each had 5, Jaina B and Emma D had 4 each and Angel M added 2.
In the Championship game MCMS beat the host West Lincoln Broadwell 34-28. Kynlie H led the way with 13 points, Sophia H and Emma D each had 6, Zoey C had 4, Nora D had 3 and Kallie H added 2.
Good luck to the girls’ basketball team playing against Rankin tonight on their home court at 5:30pm! The theme for tonight is PJ’s!
