Good Luck to the boys’ basketball team as they take on PORTA on their home court tonight @ 5:30pm! Tonight, we celebrate our basketball and cheerleaders for their 8th grade night. Trenton, Layne, Tyler, Andrew, Noah, Maci, Nevaeh, Jonah, Kendall, Breckin, Jake, Nora, Emma, Johnny, Kole, Kade, Joe, Brayson, Evan and Colton.
The 7th grade volleyball team faced a very tough opponent at Olympia middle school last night. With some help from solid serving and scrappy defense, the girls came out victorious. Middle hitter, Nora Dierker, was a force at the net with numerous kills and stuffed blocks. The 8th graders squared off against a strong eighth grade squad as well. Nora Jockisch, Elizabeth Colson and Kendall Gordon stepped into new roles and rose to the occasion. Their front and back row play helped the Raiders play tough. Even though the Raiders did not come out on top, they played hard and continue to grow with each game.
