ANNOUNCEMENTS:                                      tuesday, september 17th

  • Sophomores, Josten’s will be here today to take your class ring and letter jacket orders. If you missed the class meeting, there are extra packets in the office.

  • There is musical practice for ALL today after school.   

  • The library will be closed today

  • There will be an FCCLA meeting in the library during 5B, you can bring your lunch with you. We will be discussing officer election, upcoming events and our fall fundraiser.

  • History League will be having a meeting for the first 10 minutes of 5A and 5B in Ms. Rousseau's room on Friday! Show up during your study hall period to hear about our upcoming field trip, movie night, sign-ups for the Veterans' Day Breakfast, and t-shirt designs! If you have not done so already, you must turn in your $2 dues to officially become a member.

  • Student Council will be hosting a Fall Movie Night this Friday at 7:30. We will be showing Hocus Pocus. Bring a blanket and a chair, snacks will be provided.

  • The Raider Review will be asking a question of the week in each issue. Make sure you scan the QR code and participate for a chance to win prizes and connect with your classmates!

  • Mason Co Health Dept will hold a vaccine clinic at the High school October 10th. Flu vaccine and meningitis vaccines will be available. Every senior is mandated by the State of Illinois to have a meningitis vaccine by October 15th. Packets are available on the office ledge. Please have filled out and returned by October 3rd.

  • There are still 29 seniors who are missing their meningitis vaccine and the vaccine packets are due back by October 3rd.  

  • The upcoming 2024 Presidential Election will be a historic opportunity for Americans to practice their right to vote! If you will be 18 years old by the election, you can vote in your very first Presidential Election!! Mason County election coordinators will be in the library during lunch on Tuesday, September 24th to help students register and get ready to vote! Make sure to bring an ID to register. See Ms. Rousseau for more information.
