Welcome to Midwest Central Primary School

Welcome to the 2018 - 2019 school year at Midwest Central Primary School.  We have many new things we are doing this year.  One of the things that we are doing is we have refined our Raider Way program.  We have initiated a more defined PBIS model for behavior to promote a more positive school.  Part of being a more positive school climate is the removal of the color clip chart system that we have used for a few years.  Research has shown that for many students it creates a reverse effect in their behavior.  We are modeling and reteaching the behaviors that we feel are necessary to have in our building.  If you would like additional information concerning PBIS, go to https://www.pbis.org/.
